참가증명서/수상실적증명서는 IROC의 이메일 주소인 [email protected]로 아래와 같은 내용을 보내 주시면, 영업일 기준 1-2일 내로 회신드리고 있습니다.

• 생년월일(만약 주민번호 전체가 포함되어야 한다면 주민번호 전체)
• 참여 대회명(ex, 2025년 부산 세계대회)
• 참여 종목
• 기타 (소속 등)

To request a Certificate of Participation or an Award Certificate, please send an email to IROC at [email protected] with the following information. We usually respond within 1–2 business days.

• Full Name
• Date of Birth (or full national ID number if required)
• Name of the competition (e.g., 2025 Busan World Championship)
• Competition category
• Additional information (e.g., affiliation)

대회 전, 미리 규정을 숙지하셔서 참여하고자 하는 종목이 어떠한 로봇을 (사전제작/현장제작 등) 요구하는지 파악하시고, 필요한 준비물을 잘 챙겨오시기를 바랍니다.

Before the competition, please review the regulations in advance to understand what type of robot (pre-built/on-site assembly, etc.) is required for your chosen category. Make sure to bring all necessary materials accordingly.

대회장에 입장한 이후, 준비물을 가지러 외부로 다시 나갈 수 없습니다. 또한, 멘토 및 보호자로부터 준비물을 전달받는 것도 불가합니다.
따라서 대회장에 미리 도착하여 준비물을 확인한 후 입장을 결정하시는 것을 권고드립니다.

We highly recommend you come to the competition site early to check your materials for the match.
Nothing can be received from your mentors or parents after starting the match.

상장 재발급은 지원하지 않습니다. 시상식 당일에 직접 혹은 대리수령을 통해 상장을 받아가시는 것을 권고드립니다.
수상 기록이 필요하신 경우, 이메일 및 1:1 문의 탭에서 수상기록증명서를 요청하실 수 있습니다.

We cannot reissue a certificate of award.

However, you may ask for a proof of winning an award or a certificate(document) by contacting us through email ([email protected]).

대부분의 대회에서 인증된 여행사와 일일 투어를 개최함으로, 해당 프로그램을 통해 지역을 여행하실 수 있습니다. 관련 공지는 대회 직전 혹은 당일에 업로드될 예정입니다.

You can sign up for a 1 day tour program, which will be organized by the authorized travel agency. We will upload a notice regarding the program before the competition.

동일한 접수 시간 이후 각 종목마다 참가 인원수 등에 따라 종료 시간이 상이합니다. 당일 대회장 상황에 따라 종료 시간이 달라진다는 점 양해 부탁드립니다. 

While the registration time is the same for all, the ending time may vary depending on the number of participants in each category.

세계대회 비용은 항공권, 여행자보험, 체재비 등을 모두 포함하여 산정되며, 본선 후 홈페이지를 통해 공지됩니다.
IROC는 항공료를 최대한 낮추기 위해 노력하고 있습니다.

The cost for the World Championship will be announced on the official website before the competition.
IROC is making every effort to keep airfare costs as low as possible.

1) 토너먼트 종목에 참가하는 경우, 추첨하기 전에 대회장에 도착할 경우에는 참가할 수 있습니다. 추첨이 끝난 후에는 참가할 수 없습니다.
2) 토너먼트 종목이 아닌 경우, 미션이 공지되기 전에 대회장에 도착할 경우에는 참가할 수 있습니다. 미션 공개 후에는 참가할 수 없습니다.

1) If you participate a tournament game, you can participate the game when you arrive at the competition site before the draw. After the draw, you can’t participate.
2) If you participate a non-tournament game, you can participate the game when you arrive at the competition site before the mission is officially announced.

경기 도중, 화장실에 가고 싶을 경우, 가까이에 있는 스텝에게 알리면 함께 이동할 수 있습니다. 부정행위를 방지하기 위해, 스텝과 동행합니다.

If you need to use the restroom during the competition, please inform a nearby staff member.
To prevent any unfair practices, a staff member will accompany you.

사무국에 응급처치 물품 및 응급 요원이 대기하고 있습니다.
주변에 있는 스텝에게 도움을 요청하시면, 도움을 받을 수 있습니다.

Medical supplies and staff are on standby at the competition office. If you need assistance, please ask a nearby staff member for help.

참가자들은 경기가 시작된 후에 관람석에 있는 누구와도 이야기해서는 안됩니다.

멘토나 부모들도 경기장에 있는 누구와도 이야기하거나 물건을 전달해서는 안됩니다.

The participants are not allowed to talk to anyone in the observer area once the competition has started.
Parents and mentors are not allowed to provide help (hand them materials, communicate with them, etc.) in any way.

경기장에서는 어떤 것도 먹을 수 없습니다. 단, 뚜껑이 있는 병에 담긴 음료수는 마실 수 있습니다.

Participants are not allowed to eat anything but bottled drinks. Canned drinks, such as soda, is not allowed.

주최 측이 준비한 관람석에서 경기를 관람할 수 있습니다만, 경기장 내부에는 어떤 경우에도 들어갈 수 없습니다.
즉, 관람석이 없는 경우 관람은 불가합니다. 
관람석 유무는 대회장 상황에 따라 변경 될 수 있습니다.

Parents and mentors can watch the competition from the designated area.
However, they are not allowed to enter the competition area under any circumstances.
There may be a venue without a seat, in which viewing may not be possible. The availability of seating may vary depending on the venue.

심사종목은 IROC 위원분들이 추천한 심사위원으로 구성되며 심사를 보며 나머지 종목들은 IROC에서 적절한 교육을 받고 승인을 받은 심판들이 경기를 진행합니다.

모든 종목들은 해당 종목의 규정을 기준으로 심사하게 됩니다.

IROC directly recruits judges with expertise in mechanical and engineering fields.
All judges receive training before the competition to ensure they fully understand the regulations and make fair and impartial decisions.

주최 측에서 경기 등록시간과 입장시간을 공지합니다.

만약의 경우를 대비하여 대회장에 경기 등록시간보다 30분 정도 일찍 오셔서 참가자들의 물품을 정리하는 것을 추천합니다.

접수 시간을 주최측에서 공지사항을 통해 안내드리오니 확인 부탁드립니다.

The organizers will announce the registration and entry times for the competition.

To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arriving at the venue about 30 minutes before the registration time to help participants organize their belongings.

Please make sure to check the official announcements for the exact registration schedule provided by the organizers.

대회 전 모든 사항이 확정된 후 홈페이지 공지사항에 상세 일정이 게시되오니 참고 부탁드립니다.

Once all details are finalized, the schedule will be announced on the website’s notice board.

사전 제작된 로봇을 사용하는 종목에 참가하는 경우, 여분의 로봇을 들고와도 됩니다.

그러나 메인 로봇과 여분의 로봇 둘다 경기 전에 심판에게 확인을 받아야 합니다.

또한 여분의 로봇으로 경기에 참가하고 싶을 때에는 경기 시작 전 심판에게 말해야 합니다.

If you participate a game which you use a pre-built robots, you can bring your spare robots.
But both the main and your spare robots should be checked by a referee before match.
If you want to use spare robot, you must tell the referee before the match begins.

한국대회 및 한국 참가자의 경우, 기본적으로 숙식이 제공되지 않습니다.

세계 대회의 경우, 주최 국에서 제공할 경우, 숙식을 제공하며 참가비에 숙식비가 포함됩니다.

For foreign participants, the registration fee normally includes accommodation and meals.

최대 종목 수는 매 세계대회마다 차이가 있으나, 대회 전에 공지사항을 통해 확인하실 수 있습니다.
또한, 경기일정에 따라 참가할 수 있는 종목이 바뀔 수 있습니다. 하루에 복수의 종목에 참가 가능하지만, 주최측에서 더 많은 시간을 주지는 않습니다.

The maximum number of categories you can register for varies each year and will be announced on the official website before the competition.
Additionally, your available categories may depend on the competition schedule.
You may participate in multiple categories in a single day, but the we will not extend competition time to accommodate overlapping events.
