[IRO 2025] 2025 Category Announcement

Hello, this is the International Robot Olympiad Committee.

We would like to provide information on the competition categories that will be implemented starting from this year’s finals.

Some categories have been newly introduced or discontinued, so please make sure to check the updates.

In particular, there are changes to the age criteria and the evaluation method for judged categories, so please review them carefully before the competition.

The regulations for the demonstration categories—‘Dream Designers VR,’

‘Robot Maze,’ and ‘Aerobot Challenge’—are still under review and will be announced and uploaded once finalized.
