Notice on Affiliation in Award Certificates and Awards

Greetings from the International Robot Olympiad Committee.

Please be informed that students’ affiliations will not be indicated on either the Award Certificate or the Awards.

This is to prevent confusion caused by affiliation changes over time (e.g., moving from elementary to middle school) or school transfers.

The following information will be displayed on the Award Certificate and Awards:

    a. Name

    b. Category

    c. Award Level (Gold, Silver, Bronze, etc.)

Only for the Award Certificate, if you wish to have the affiliation included, please email a proof of enrollment to [email protected]. (By default, affiliation will not be listed.)

However, the Awards cannot include affiliation under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
